How can I get fast tracked approval?

With JKD, your proposed development, whether its alterations and additions or a new home, could be assessed and approved in as few as 21 days, saving costs and providing certainty in your plans.

The NSW Government has developed a state wide assessment system, the NSW Housing Code, which is an alternative to the Development Application process through Council. If the proposed development fits a series of strict controls the assessment can be undertaken by a private certifier (the Principle Certifying Authority).
