Completed in May 2014, the alterations and extension to this Victorian era semi-detached updated the existing round floor living room, bathroom and laundry adding two bedrooms with ensuites to the upper floor. The new upper floor was located to the rear of the building and independent of the original roof to preserve the architectural character of the home and its matching neighbour. Operable sun shades protect the upper floor rooms from heat, scoop in previeling breezes and provide privacy from adjoining neighbours.
